CPM-R Finger Ring needle marking machine is specially designed for the marking of finger rings and bracelets. It is able to mark the inner and outer ring of finger rings and bracelets.
Product Features:
1. Compact design takes up a small working space, ultra-low power consumption of 75Kw. Suitable for space constrained retail shop space and jewellery factories.
2. WINDOWS based CosMark engraving software is wholly developed by our company. CosMark features are easy to use, fully functional. CosMark uses all WINDOWS based TrueType fonts. Supports bold, italic, underlining engraving. Able to read monochrome BMP images.
3. Minimum height of 0.5mm for English characters, 1mm for Chinese characters.
4. Uses 9 azimuth positioning system, to ensure a high degree of engraving accuracy.
5. Adjustable engraving intensity and depth of up to 0.3mm or more.
6. Repeatable engraving with repeat accuracy of up to 0.01mm and no ghosting effect.
7. High brilliance shiny finishing for marked out designs with no additional polishing.
